This is a really great place and we have been customers since we moved to Gainesville area… food is good an service is great BUT I was really disappointed today when I brought my laptop to work a little while I enjoy a quick bite and they told me the guest Wifi is not public… my suggestion is to change the name of the network to something like NOWIFI. The reason why only 1 star for atmosphere…. So if you are a person who work remotely or just need to catch up with your homework and want to get out from home… this might not be the place to do it.

New location is great. They were sold out of all pastries but meat pastries, only because they're so good. Tried the Ybor Cubano today for a first and it was fabulous.

We stopped in during our travels and it was a delightful visit. Andres was our server and they were so nice & helpful! I ordered the Vaca Frita - very tasty and plentiful but not overzealous of a plate. The combination of flavors left me wanting more. The onions were cooked perfectly and the white rice was like mama made at home. Let's not foeget the size of the tostones- HUGE! My mom ordered Ropa Vieja - she absolutely loved her dish. She also ordered it w/tostones and yellow rice. She saved some for leftovers! They also offered treats in the glass cas, we grabbed a few of those to take home. Don't sleep on this casual spot, the food is delicious!

The new location is so much better than the old place that was across the street. The staff is super attentive and the restaurant is clean and they give a quality product. It is my favorite stop on I 75.

This place is incredible! I’m so glad we stopped here—being fans of Cuban food, we were not disappointed. Every dish was perfectly seasoned and full of flavor. The Cuban sandwich was especially outstanding—succulent, savory, and the bread was truly some of the best we’ve ever had!

Loved it. I tried something that I had never seen in a Cuban restaurant., A Bowl... Similar to what they have at chicken kitchen or a Poke place, only this one had steak, black beans, white rice and sweet plantains with a fried egg on top. It was absolutely delicious. Their pineapple juice is from concentrate but it is fresh pulp frozen and was absolutely delicious. The bowl and the juice was $18+ which I thought was quite expensive. But the demand for this type of food in this area of Florida is probably not as high as South Florida, where the same meal would have probably cost 10 or $11. Either way, pleasantly surprised at the quality and service. They have several locations and are opening up a brand new one directly across the street from this location. Just a few hundred yds from the I 75 exit.

Beautiful and very clean restaurant to eat. Food so so delicious and plentiful. Very affordable too. Employees are all very friendly and welcoming. First time here traveling from Chicago IL and will definitely be coming back for more. Referred to family members from other parts of Florida. Definitely the place to enjoy a god meal.

I really like this restaurant. They are growing, if you try the food you can understand why, delicious food and good portions. They have pastries too. Excellent service.
